All offerors must maintain a current registration in BetaSAM.gov in order to submit a proposal, receive an award and receive payment. All offerors must certify compliance with FAR Provision 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Oct 2020) and FAR Clause 52.204-25 Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (Aug 2020) to be eligible for award.
