This requirement is for a water-jet metal cutting (CNC) machine, which will be a "brand name or equal" acquisition for an OMAX 55100 AbrasiveJet with 30 HP EnduroMax Pump. The following critical requirements must be met: - 126" by 65" table size - Submerged cutting w/ water level control - Noise Pollution below 80dBA - Linear accuracy of .001" - This limit is to eliminate the need for secondary processes - Repeatability accuracy of .001" - This limit is to eliminate the need for secondary processes - Ballbar circularity accuracy of .0025" - This limit is to eliminate the need for secondary processes - Taper compensation system for precise square edges - This limit is to eliminate the need for secondary processes - Collision sensing terrain follower - prevents unnecessary damage to machine - Water recycling system w/ 60,000 BTU chiller - Programmable solids removal system - Vacuum assist for piercing sensitive materials (carbon fiber/composite material) - Free software upgrades for the life of the machine - Free training course with manufacture for life - Manufacture tech install and provide on-site initial training We are seeking qualified sources that are capable of completing this work.
