Seeking sources that can meet the below requirement: Lease of one (1) 300-Ton or larger size Crawler Lift crane for 12 months with an option to lease for an additional 12 months. Provide a Crawler Lift crane with capacity to lift up to a 25ftx25ftx4ft weighing 400,000lb reinforced concrete target from a horizontal position from the ground or off a trailer/hauler, and erect/stand in a vertical position. Air Conditioned Operators Cab Capable of operating on a 10% grade Must be able to walk the crane with the 400,000lb target block lifted in the air Must be able to operate off road and in muddy clay surfaces to lift and accurately place targets without ground pads being installed 1000-hour Hydraulic Service Kit 200-hour Engine Service Kit Delivery, assembly providing all labor and personnel required to conduct initial startup and operation Conduct a 3-day on-site acceptance test providing a crane operator to verify initial operation and verify lift capability of a 25ftx25ftx4ft concrete target weighing 400,000 lbs as specified Two each, 40-hour onsite training sessions for the Eglin operators to be scheduled by the Government after initial delivery and assembly and startup The vendor is responsible for corrective maintenance and repairs not to include preventative maintenance Vendor shall provide the manufacturer’s operating manual and preventative maintenance schedule The crane, all associate attachments and equipment must be manufactured to meet or exceed industry regulation standards.
