Ground transport for three (3) Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services property transfer specialized tanker trailers (Reference Section F for specifics of trailers: two (2) Helium, and one (1) Hydrogen) from DLA facility in Jacksonville, Florida to Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB), California within seven calendar days. At time of storage at DLA facility, all three (3) trailers were road worthy, but may require minor maintenance to make them road worthy for the 2,400-mile trip. If maintenance is necessary, the Government will cover the cost. **Please provide estimate of maintenance repair costs in proposal. Assumption is the trailers have been stationary in storage outdoors for at least six months.** Transport vendor will be accessing Jacksonville Naval Air Station, thus must meet base entry requirement and be able to obtain access.
