The Air Force Test Center at Edwards AFB, CA is seeking industry input via a Sources Sought/RFI to help determine its acquisition strategy for purchasing the Helpful Airborne Wireless Communication Ecosystem Yielding Enhanced Sharing (HAWCEYES). This is not an RFQ or IFB and does not commit the government to a contract; respondents will not be paid. Interested parties are asked to submit capability statements covering similar experience, business size, CAGE/DUNS, similar contracts or agreements, and points of contact, with SAM.gov registration mandatory. Responses will inform market research and acquisition strategy development, and a formal RFQ may be posted on SAM.gov if sufficient responsible and capable sources are identified. Submissions should be concise, no more than 10 double-spaced pages, in Microsoft Word or compatible format, non-proprietary, and unclassified.
