SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Wastewater Treatment Plant Services - Edwards AFB, CA and Palmdale, CA 93523 The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) is publicizing this Sources Sought Notice to gather industry information regarding Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Services at Edwards AFB and Air Force Research Laboratory. The Government is seeking to identify qualified, experienced, and interested firms, who can perform Wastewater Treatment Plant Services in accordance with the attached "Draft" Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 1 June 2022. The provided PWS is subject to minor adjustments and is provided for interested offerors to determine their interest and identify capabilities for this project. Contractor(s) will be required to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, materials, vehicles, labor, and other items and services necessary to perform projects as described in the PWS, and in accordance with applicable federal, state and local safety and environmental regulations. It is anticipated that the WWTP will be a Firm Fixed-Price Contract with one (1) Base year and four (4), one-year options (FAR 17.2) type contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this effort is 221320 – Sewage Treatment Facilities. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this effort is M1ND. Capability Statements shall be limited to no more than five pages and shall clearly state the following: Capability in WWTP services on a similar scope and scale as Edwards AFB. Offerors who cannot provide historical information for their company regarding WWTP services of similar scope/scale should provide corresponding information to show how your company would meet the requirements within the PWS. This information should provide a strong level of confidence to the Government that an offeror can meet or exceed the performance requirements outlined in the PWS. In addition, provide/answer the following: Company name/Address Cage Code Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Point of Contact Phone/fax Number Email Address Web Page URL THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for quote (RFQ); submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
