This is a commercial acquisition with a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Edwards AFB, CA is seeking to purchase the following Brand Name Requirement: Tri-Flow 600 LDH, (P/N: TF5X50*RS), 60 ea., as manufactured by North American Fire Hose Corporation. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is posted with intent to obtain quotations from sources capable of filling this request in the specified quantity with delivery to the Base Fire Department at Edwards AFB, CA. Features: Tri-Flow 600 LDHTM features DURA-CORDR with Polyurethane (TPU) Lining / Nylon 6-6 Double Jacket - a high strength nylon for superior strength and durability. Hose applications: Attack, Supply, Relay, High Volume CAFS and Potable Water. Please refer to Attachment 1 for a complete description of this requirement including applicable clauses and provisions. Also, for attachment entitled : "FAR 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications" -- please print out and fill-in information blocks, check the boxes as applicable for your company's response to the statements, and add signer's name and signature. Include a copy of the completed FAR 52.204-24 provision with your quotation. In response to this solicitation, please submit your quotation on company letterhead and include in the quotation details that fully describe the items quoted and indicate whether the items meet the Brand Name requirement.
