This RFQ seeks a commercial enterprise storage server test unit (45Drives part number or equivalent) with award made on a lowest price technically acceptable basis. The rack-mountable server must be no more than 4U and meet specified requirements including a 24-core/48-thread processor, 128 GB DDR5 ECC RAM, ten 20TB enterprise HDDs, six 7.68TB enterprise NVMe SSDs, dual redundant boot drives and 2700W power supplies, at least 12 network ports, and pre-installed Rocky Linux 9 with Houston management software or equivalent, capable of offline standalone operation disconnected from AFNET. Only new OEM parts from OEM-authorized resellers are acceptable; refurbished, used, or gray-market items are prohibited, and offerors must provide proof of authorized reseller status. Delivery is FOB destination to Edwards AFB, CA 93524. Quotes must include pricing, lead time, TAA compliance representation, CAGE code, and UEI, and award will require an OEM authorization letter.
