This RFQ is a small business set-aside for two custom CDDAR trailers—a Composite Trailer and an Equipment Trailer—each an 8.5x26x8 box with extensive off-road, power, climate control, fuel, living, and equipment storage modifications. The contractor will also support transferring and mounting equipment from the current 53-foot trailer at Edwards AFB, CA, and must be able to respond on short notice to retrieve that trailer and equipment in an aircraft incident. Performance is scheduled from 01 September 2026 through 31 March 2027, with delivery and performance at Edwards AFB, CA. Vendors must be Level One CMMC certified in PIEE prior to award.
