This effort shall provide a single new FDM 3D printer, support equipment and software, warranties and installation and start-up validation of the printer. This should include the contractor provide validation of installation of the 3D printer with on site test printing demonstration after installation. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, operating manuals, troubleshooting and inspection manuals, necessary to perform this installation activity at Edwards AFB, Building 2710 and the Contractor’s facility. The Contractor shall also provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and clothing, to include reflective clothing (belt, vest, etc.); hearing and eye protection, to include prescription safety glasses; safety harnesses; fall protection equipment; lifting equipment and any incidentals necessary to perform the requirements of this Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services, parts and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined herein, conform to the manufacturer’s equipment specifications and this SOW.
