This requirement is to design and reinstallation of existing Knoll furnishings. This is expected to be a sole source, to Smart Office Interiors (CAGE 5QHS8) utilizing Knoll brand name materials and supplies. The sole source requirement is based on a warranty call to Knoll; who provided the recommendation to utilize Smart Office Interiors for the related products and services. Utilizing the vendor as directed by Knoll will allow the customer to maintain the warranty since only Knoll distributors are capable of completing this work for the mission partner. Also, the CEO's recommendation of Smart Office Interiors is being followed to rectify the issue from the original installation and avoid warranty issues.
