The 436th Contracting Squadron is seeking information only regarding potential offeror capabilities to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to install a new and upgraded pushback racking system to replace an existing damaged one. This is NOT a solicitation. This is for informational purposes only. Racking System Specifications: 1.Overall shelving measurement: 153.5” L x 912” W x 348” H 2.Can substitute channel beams in row 4 with 8 x 4 pressure treated plywood to support 96 palletpositions. 3.New racking system must be built with either heavy duty steel or iron materials 4.Each pallet position must be able to accommodate maximum 650 pounds. 5.Guardrail will also need to be installed bolted to the ground. 6.Current racks will need to be removed and disposed of, in addition to not re-use any of the partsor material. Measurements of racking system for rows 2 and 4 breakout: Row 2 Measurements: 7. 8 bays, 2 pallets deep and 2 pallets positions per bay that is 6 levels high with pushback roller system (must be able to support 192 pallet positions total). Each bay is 100.5” L x 108” W x 51.5”H. Row 4 Measurements: 8. 8-bays, 2 pallet positions per bay that is 6 levels high (must be able to support 96 total pallet positions total). Each bay is 48.5” L x 108” W x 51.5” H.
