This is a request for information for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only request for information. Your responses will be treated as information only and shall not be used as a proposal. This request for information document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05 and DFARS Change Notice Dpn20190430. The Government does not intend to award a contract at this time or to otherwise pay for the information requested but needs to obtain price, delivery, FOB (destination or origin), CAGE code, federal tax ID, and DUNS number. The 436 MXS Aerospace Ground Equipment Section has an obsolete Hanel Storage System, serial # 1860-825, which requires disassembly, removal from a hangar, and palletized for future transportation. The contractor will provide equipment, material, and technicians for removal and palletization.
