JB Charleston requires the removal/disposal of existing windows and subsequent purchase, delivery, and installation of new ballistic, tempered, and one-way tinted windows for the following buildings/Entry Control Points: Bldg 390 Hunley Park ECP on the Air Base, and Bldg 404 Post 5 ECP on the Naval Weapons Station.
