Oncen official request for quote is posted it will be posted to SAM.gov. The contractor shall provide all parts, accessories, and shipping for four (4) concrete knockout boxes for our confined space trainer. This system must meet the following requirements: • 4 concrete boxes total 2 boxes meeting the dimensions of 10x10x4 6” thick walls with openings required for pipe 8” thick top slab 3” extensions on four sides 2 boxes meeting the dimensions of 10x10x8 6” thick walls with openings required for pipe 8” thick top slab 3” extensions on four sides • Boxes must be rated for use in rain, snow, and wind • Boxes Must support the weight of required personnel and equipment needed to set-up confined space rescue • The contractor shall provide delivery/installation of the complete system to JB Charleston, SC- Air Base. Final on-base installation location will be disclosed upon award.
