GENERAL: The work to be performed will be to deliver, test and train personnel on equipment. Contractor will provide all necessary labor and materials to engineer, install, program, checkout, test and warranty these systems. B. LOCATION: Bldg 700, Air Base, Joint Base Charleston, SC. C. SCOPE OF WORK: The work includes, but is not limited to, the following items: Provide RoboCrib TX 750, dispensing station w/Touchscreen to 987 bins, parts cups w/required operating accessories Provide AutoLocker FX (1 Frames w/36 Automatic Modular Doors) See Drawing Provide Custom Reports IAW AFI 21-101 SIT – Setup, Install and Additional Training Provide 2 Days max - Start up and commissioning at US Site. Start up and commissioning on site. Include basic operator and maintenance training for one class. Coordinate in advance of the training by 4 weeks. Provide standard ground transportation to JB Charleston AFB, SC 29404 D. PRODUCTS: All project components and materials shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical installation instructions and specifications. E. SUBMITTALS: Minimum submittal requirements for this delivery order: a. Activity Hazard Analysis(s) b. Product Data/SDS c. Manufacture’s Equipment Cut Sheets & Instructions d. Environmental Protection Plan F. APPLICABLE INSTRUCTIONS a. Work areas around project site will be occupied by the using activity during the course of work. b. Warranty (5yr DOD).
