Any contractor who wishes to identify their interests and capability to provide this product must provide product specifications, performance and delivery information by notifying the Contract Specialist no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Time, 06 May 2019. Notification shall be e-mailed to warren.jenkins.2@us.af.mil. Please provide your company's business size, CAGE Code, if you are capable of meeting this requirement. DESCRIPTION OF WORK 1. The intent of this contract is to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to manufacture the Seat Pan Assembly, Part Number 104044-1 in a manner that will ensure compliance to all requirements outlined in drawing, measurements will conform to provided sample and Air Force Technical Order 42F-1-2. 2. Materials: The Contractor is responsible for all assembly of materials. Materials will conform to all requirements listed in Technical Order 42F-1-2. Prototype must conform and be in compliance with Vertical Burn Testing which is required for all fabrics. The government shall be responsible for providing drawings and specifications associated with Seat Pan Assembly manufacture. The Contractor shall submit a proposal to the Government for cost of all materials not provided, parts and labor. Materials outlined in this listing specific to Air Force requirements will be provided by the government to ensure complete compliance.
