Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial ITEMS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The synopsis/solicitation reference number is F1M0D10009AW01 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The RFQ format is attached to this combination synopsis/solicitation that will be used to submit quotes. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through (FAC) 2020-04 published in the Federal Register on January 15, 2020. This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 532490 with a size standard of $32.5 million. Contractor shall submit a quote for asbestos sampling analysis services for Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM), Transmission Electron Microscopy and Phase Contrast Microscopy.
