A sources sought was ... 1. This is a PRE-Solicitation notice (synopsis) for water well repair services at Cannon AFB. This is NOT a solicitation, please do not provide quote submittals for this posting. A sources sought was previously posted for this, please refer to Water Well 4 Repair notice ID: FlL3J24101A001. 2. The 27 SOCES requires services for the repair of Water Well 4A. This acquisition is for non-personal services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, parts, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform repair of existing Water Well 4A at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. Upon completion of the work, the Contractor shall have tested and restored Water Well #4 to 100% operational. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as local, state and Federal regulations. Please see attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for further information. 3. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238220, which comprises establishments primarily engaged in installing and servicing plumbing the size standard for this NAICS is $19M. The PSC associated with this requirement is J043 entitled "Maintenance and Repair of Pumps & Compressors."
