This is a synopsis for an Integrated Solid Waste Mangement requirement. Funds are currently not available for this requirement. This is NOT a solicitation please do not submit documents. The goverment currently plans to issue solicitation for Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) for Canon AFB, New Mexico. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 562111 - Solid Waste Collection, S205 - Housekeeping - Trash/Garbage Collection, wit a size standard of $47,000,000. This is a requirement for the 27 Special Operations Civil Engineering Squadron for Integrated Solid Waste Management services. This acquisition is for non-personal services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform integrated solid waste management services at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. The contractor shall include the collection requirements for key characteristics of municipal solid waste [MSW] collection and recycling services. When the contractor completes service at a location, there shall be no litter, waste or recyclable material on the ground within a 10-foot radius of the container. The contractor shall empty containers used to dispose of food waste as necessary to maintain a healthy, vector-free environment (on days when the serviced facility is in operation). The service for municipal solid waste [MSW] collection and recycling services shall be three (3) times per week. In addition, the contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as 100% of the New Mexico Administrative Code (NMAC) Title 20 – Environmental Protection Chapter 9 – Solid Waste Part 2 – Solid Waste Management General Requirements (20.9.2.
