This is a SOURCES SOUGHT to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required services. 27 SOCONS is interested in the identification of capable sources for a Johnson Controls Controllers Upgrade service contract for Cannon AFB, New Mexico. The 27th Special Operations Wing is searching for potential contractors to repair by replacement of all malfunctioning Metasystem Johnson Controls controllers on the existing control systems for the HVAC systems at buildings 4619 and 4620 on Cannon AFB. The contractor shall repair by replacement of all malfunctioning Metasystem Johnson Controls controllers (identified in the attached draft PWS) on the existing control systems for the HVAC systems at buildings 4619 and 4620 on Cannon AFB. The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, qualifications and other items and services necessary to bring the Johnson’s Controls systems back to 100% operational status for both above mentioned facilities.
