This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, FAR 13.303 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), and FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for Certain Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract action is anticipated to be issued as a firm-fixed price single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the DPM for packing, containerization, local drayage, delivery, unpacking, storage, and related services for personal property shipments (Schedules I, II and III) for Beale AFB and the surrounding areas. No site visit will be provided for this requirement.
