The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238290. The size standard as described by the U.S. Small Business Administration for this procurement is $16.5 million. Small Business determination and tax identification numbers shall be submitted with quotes. This Request for Quote shall be 100% Small Business set aside. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award. Offerors may register at www.sam.gov.
