Request for Information (RFI) – Loading, Hauling, and Disposal of Concrete and Asphalt Rubble at Beale Air Force Base, California. Approximately 22,000 TONS. The contractor shall transport and dispose of all concrete and asphalt rubble, which includes waste materials that were removed from the Beale AFB flightline area, at a licensed offsite disposal location. Waste materials include large and small pieces of concrete and asphalt. The rubble piles are separated into concrete areas and asphalt areas and shall not be mixed when loading or hauling. Rubble has been previously exposed to Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) concentrate and Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 – Market Research, to determine sources capable to provide non-personal services in accordance with the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY and is not to be interpreted as a quote in anticipation of a future contract award. The purpose of this RFI is to query the market for potential interested, capable, responsible, and qualified sources that can provide/perform the stated requirement. Interested and/or potential sources are requested and encouraged to submit responses by filling out the attached RFI Document and returning by the due date stated within this notice. Questions regarding this notice shall be submitted in writing by e-mail to the POC's above by Tuesday, 21 May 2024. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. Accordingly, questions shall NOT contain proprietary or classified information. The Government is not required to post responses to any questions received; however, questions will be considered in the development of this requirement. Attachments: 1.
