Deliver the asbestos inspection results to the Superintendent, Unaccompanied Housing. Determine and identify any and all locations within the seven aforementioned facilities that contain known or presumed asbestos-containing materials in the assigned unit or unit-type and deliver these results identified by each building a building sub-area’s exposure to the Superintendent, Unaccompanied Housing. Additionally, ensure this documented disclosure aligns with AFI 32-1001, Civil Engineer Operations, Chapter 15, Facility Asbestos Management. Deliver the lead-based paint inspection results to the Superintendent, Unaccompanied Housing. Determine and identify any and all locations within the seven aforementioned facilities that contain known or presumed lead-based paint in the assigned unit or unit-type and deliver these results identified by each building a building sub-area’s exposure to the Superintendent, Unaccompanied Housing. Complete a lead-based paint certification and acknowledgement separately for each building and deliver to the Superintendent, Unaccompanied Housing.
