Please review the attached documents for additional information to include the Statement of Work and Wage Determination. This solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation number FA286020Q0040 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 guidelines. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07/08-31-2020. All responsible sources may submit an offer to be considered by the agency. This requirement is a 100% Small-Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238330 “Flooring Contractors”, and the business size standard is $16.5 Mil. A site visit will be held on 26 July 2021 at 0900 AM EST until 1100 AM EST at Tactical Fitness Center ,1444 Concord Ave, JB Andrews, MD 20762.
