The 316th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for FLECS Camera Upgrades at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. 316th Security Forces Squadron requires new security cameras to be procured and installed and existing cameras to be upgraded on the Flight Line Entry Control System (FLECS). This is a requirement to provide seven (7) IP PTZ, and one (1) fixed camera and all supporting components at JB Andrews, MD. The cameras must be able to communicate with the existing VICADS system which is monitored by the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC). The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561621, with a size standard of $22,000,000.00. This is NOT a solicitation. Any offers submitted in response to this request will not be evaluated. 316 CONS is seeking industry feedback in response to the attached draft documents to inform decisions for the final requirement package prior to the issuance of a solicitation.
