Air Disaster Management System (Simulator) SCOPE The government requires a non-personnel services contract to provide a Virtual Reality stimulator training system to provide for improving understanding of situations, process and Emergency Management covering 1) risk prevention, 2) crisis preparedness (specific training), 3) emergency response, and 4) catastrophe recovery. The key point in these actions is the training and preparation facing the emergency so the professionals are successful at response. VR training provides the capability to work on improving the understanding of the situations, processes within response and risk analysis methods, anticipating the adverse possible situations, learning through their mistakes, and forecasting how effective they are at response to reach the end states. All-inclusive simulation solution, Physics-based simulation of fires, smoke, spills, hazardous materials leaks, plumes, and firefighting agents and other scenario based training capabilities. The ADMS must be portable specially designed for Air Base, natural and manmade emergency experience to include an Exercise Control Station, Incident Command Station, and Field Unit Stations
