The contractor shall provide all personnel, expertise and management required to training and prepare event augmented/volunteer personnel to support parking and traffic management from 15 September through 18 September 2022. Training Shall happen prior to the event dates and contractor shall provide no less than 5 personnel/event managers to support this effort. The Contractor or an appointed representative shall attend monthly meetings in person or video conference at the beginning the month of contract award. Site visits requiring that the Contractor to attend in person shall not be billed separately and associated costs shall be covered by the contractor. The contractor shall provide all the personnel, expertise ,management, and laborers required to consult, oversee, management and control parking, traffic flow and management logistics at Fed Ex Field and on JB Andrews during the JB Andrews Open House from 16-18 September 2022 . The contractor shall perform all work and render services in strict accordance with the attached updated Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 6 May 2022.

The Joint Base Andrews Open House requires the services and consultation of a professional parking, traffic management, and logistics agency to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the 2022 Joint Base Andrews Open House from 16-18 September 2022. Due to the complex and unique security requirements of this event, the contractor shall have prior experience with USAF Open Houses requiring off-base parking for the general non-DoD-affiliated visiting public in addition to extensive knowledge and experience working with local law enforcement, and transportation systems/routes in the National Capital Region (NCR). The contractor shall provide all the necessary personnel, expertise and management required to training and prepare event augmented/volunteer personnel to support parking and traffic management from 15 September through 18 September 2021. Training Shall happen prior to the event dates and contractor shall provide no less than 5 personnel/even mangers to support this effort. Site Visit: The Contractor shall provide pre-site visit phone conference(s), on-site visit, post-site visit phone conference(s), and event logistics plan. The Contractor or an appointed representative will attend monthly meetings beginning the month of contract award. , and these meetings shall not be billed separately. Site visits requiring that the Contractor attend in person shall not be billed separately and associated costs shall be covered by the contractor.
