Description: This effort is for services to repair the Common Color Multi-Functional Display, which requires major overhaul for a complete tear-down into all internal component parts and rework/replacement of parts to a serviceable condition but not like new cosmetically for the USAF F-16 block 40/50 aircraft. This is a Sole Source IDIQ Requirements type contract with a five year ordering period. In accordance with AAFARS 5305.204 and DAFMAN 16-201, the contracting officer verified no restrictions on foreign participation.
