The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that will establish and manage Repair Return Services (RRS) for unclassified component parts and aviation items to provide support for Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) F-15 C/D/S and SA aircraft. Services will include repair and return of unclassified items that require classified testing and/or software or have classified technical orders for RSAF F-15 C/D/S and SA components causing them to be treated as classified items. The second objective is reporting and analyzing Turn-Around-Time (TAT) associated with the first two objectives. Priorities will be established by Program Management Office (PMO) along with RSAF In Accordance With (IAW) available funding.
