The attached list of items are anticipated to be added an El Segundo subsumable contract against the Northrop Grumman Captains of Industry (COI) SPE4AX18D9443, which was awarded to Northrop Grumman in accordance with the approved J&A. Surplus dealers and distributors are invited to respond to this synopsis. Surplus dealers should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material or adequate traceability documentation to show that the product is acceptable. Responses to this announcement from distributors or surplus dealers should identify items of interest and include evidence of ability to supply the items for the contract period of eight (8) years. In addition, respondents should identify the quantity available and price. A copy of the letter of interest should be forwarded to the contracting officer identified herein and SBA PCR.
