Eisenhower’s VIPER Telephony system through AT&T/Intrado. This update is required to convert the current E911 phone system to a Voice over IP (VoIP) system as part of the installation phone system upgrade in compliance with OPORD 23-530, DoD Digital Modernization Strategy. The necessary upgrades are to 3 Source Selection Information FEB 2024 See FAR 2.101 and 3.104 enhance system functionality, operational and capability. Upgrades will include Software from VIPER 4.1 and Power 911 4.25 to VIPER v7 and Power 911’s latest version configured for Next Generation (NG-911). Upgrades will also include license upgrade for Application server, PBX Access license for eight (8) positions, Power 911 Client Access, Power 911 Server Access, Power Map Software, Power MIS concurrent client Access and Power MIS Data Access. VoIP soft switches, CISCO switches and Windows platform. It will include IP technology to enable “text to 911” for eight (8) workstations in support of the Emergency Communications Center (ECC) and Law Enforcement Agency.
