SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE CH&PP Boiler Chemicals at Eielson AFB, Alaska This is a sources sought notice seeking the interest of potential and eligible contractors in a Firm Fixed Price Contract for Boiler Chemicals of the Coal Heating and Power Plant (CHPP) at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. OFFERS OR PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. THIS IS NOT A PRESOLICITATION OR SOLICITATION. ADDITIONALLY, THIS NOTICE DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT OR MULTIPLE CONTRACTS; AND, IT DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY FOR ANY BID AND/OR PROPOSAL PREPARATION COSTS. Proposed work to be performed under the aforementioned contract is anticipated to be within the following North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code as follows: 325998 All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supervision and tools necessary to comply with existing water chemistry and maintain systems in accordance with all applicable regulations and industry standards. The objective of this work is to provide ALL boiler water treatment chemicals, boiler emissions control chemicals and to provide a local field representative. Please see Attachment 1 – Statement of Work. THE GOVERNMENT IS SEEKING ONLY SMALL BUSINESS RESPONSES TO THE PROPOSED REQUIREMENT. Instructions to interested parties: If you feel that you are suited to perform this work, please submit a capability package to the below-listed contacts. Capability packages shall include any documentation that supports your entity’s ability to perform this requirement. Please include your entity’s CAGE and DUNS number within the capability package. Capability packages shall be submitted to the below contacts not later than (NLT) 2:00 PM AKST on Wednesday, 05 May 2021. Information must be submitted to the previously stated point of contact no later than the time and date listed within the response due date. An actual solicitation is expected to be issued sometime in 2021. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. Paper copies will NOT be available. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities Web Site at Beta.sam.gov.
