ADDITIONALLY, THIS NOTICE DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT OR MULTIPLE CONTRACTS; AND, IT DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY FOR ANY BID AND/OR PROPOSAL PREPARATION COSTS. 400W Antenna Coupler Assembly, 400W Power Amplifier Assembly with Power Supply Equipment complement necessary to transform AN/PRC-160 radio into a 400 watt High Frequency (HF) transportable base station from a standard 20 watt manpack configuration.
