NAVSUP WSS plans to establish a five-year Basic Ordering Agreement for repair of H-60 platform items listed in Attachment A. CTC Enterprise Ventures Corporation (3RWH7) in Johnstown, PA, is the only known source with full repair capability, and only previously approved sources will be solicited. The items are flight critical and/or lack adequate technical data for full and open competition, so Government source approval is required prior to contract award. Non-approved sources must submit the information detailed in the NAVSUP WSS (Philadelphia) Source Approval Information Brochure for Repair, and incomplete submissions will not be considered. If approval cannot be processed in time to meet Government requirements, award may continue based on Fleet support needs.
