In accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, this notice constitutes a synopsis to award a sole source contract to American Systems Corporation for the Enterprise Services Solution. A Justification and Approval will be published after the award under 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). The anticipated award date is March 29, 2021. Please note this is not a request for competitive proposals. Additionally, PEO DHMS reviewed responses to the Sources Sought on this requirement and is developing its future strategy for this requirement. If your organization did not respond to the previously posted Sources Sought, please submit an unclassified response to this notice by email to Indy Toliver at indy.m.toliver2.civ@mail.mil and Sharjeel Javaid at sharjeel.j.javaid.civ@mail.mil. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Agency does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Although "proposal" and "offeror" are used in this notice of contract action, your responses will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal.
