It is anticipated that an RFP will be issued on or about 8 December 2021.This pre-solicitation notice is posted to publicize the Government’s intent to issue an unrestricted/full and open Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to other than small and small business concerns who exhibit the required capabilities. The intent is to award an IDIQ for $675M with a seven (7) year ordering period consisting of a base period of thirty-six (36) months, and two (2) twenty-four (24) month optional period.
