This action is to extend the current contracts which comprise the Enterprise Support for Administrative Services (ESAS) Program, whose periods of performance end on 30 April 2023. Contracts HM047615D0005 (Analytic Strategies, LLC), HM047615D0006 (Metronome, LLC), and HM047615D0007 (ProCleared, LLC) provide professional administrative support to multiple NGA organizations to execute daily business rhythm across the Agency. This justification provides both a 45-day extension (1 May 2023 - 14 June 2023) and an optional three-month extension (15 June 2023 - 14 September 2023) of the period of performance to ensure there is no gap in critical administrative services while NGA awards and transitions to the new, competitively awarded Enterprise Support for Administrative Services-II (ESAS-II) contracts.
