This Pre-Solicitation notice will serve as an update to previous correspondence and postings related to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) follow-on contract for ESAS-II services. The Government intends to conduct this procurement by utilizing an Advisory Down-Select approach via phased submissions and steps, with consideration givenly only to the following Small Business concerns: (1) HUBZone, (2) 8a, (3) Women-owned Small Business, and (4) Service-disabled Veteran-owned Small Business. The preliminary schedule for the ESAS-II procurement is as follows: PHASE I - Intent to Propose & Advisory Down-Select based on DRAFT Solicitation (RFP) (Mid August 2020) Step 1 of Phase 1 - Interested vendors submit "Intent to Propose" to Government (Mid September 2020) Step 2 of Phase 1 - Advisory Downselect notifications sent to Non-selected Offerors (Late September 2020) PHASE 2 - Proposal submissions due based on FINAL Solicitation (RFP) (Late October 2020) TENTATIVE AWARD: March 2021 The Government will not field questions in response to this posting. There will be adequate opportunity for interested vendors to ask questions subsequent to the release of the DRAFT Solicitation.
