The supplies ... NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 24 January 2020. The solicitation will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. The supplies must be delivered by 23 March 2020. The FSC Code is 7210. The NAICS Code is 314999, with a size standard of 500 employees. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide LHA 7 a shipboard requirement for 85 each of NAUGAHYDE TABLE COVERS and 142 each of CHAIR COVERS The required delivery date of all material is 23 March 2020 and the delivery address is: 100 Singing River Island Building 88 Pascagoula MS 39567 Vendors must conduct a site visit for measurements to be taken between any day on February 3-7, 2020 or February 10-14, 2020. Measurements provided are not exact. Vendors are to take measurements of all requested items on board the ship to ensure a tailored fit. Vendors are liable for the repair of any defects. They must be able to return within 24 hours to ensure any and all discrepancies are corrected. Vendors must provide portfolio of completed shipboard table covers and seat covers. Vendors must have the proper clearances and accesses to Huntington Ingalls Pascagoula Shipyard in Pascagoula MS. Vendor must have proper clearance to secure access to US Navy Ship (LHA7). The solicitation will be available on or about 24 January 2020 for download on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website at https://www.neco.navy.mil and BETA SAM Website at: https://www.beta.sam.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the performance work statement, and information on the required site visit. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with NECO and or BETA SAM to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued.
