The Army Contracting Command (ACC) - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division, is conducting this RFI to identify potential vendors that can supply: Epoxy Primer. Corrosion inhibiting, high solids, lead, and chromate free, Hazardous Air Pollutant Free (HAPs-Free). Two-component. Specification: MIL-DTL-53022, Type IV, Class L. **Material MUST be listed on the Qualified Products List (QPL) for MIL-DTL-53022. Product Code (Part A): 22167WEP Product Code (Part B): 22170CEH Size: 1-gal kit Size (Part A): 1-gallon Size (Part B): 1-quart NOTE: HAZMAT ITEM – requires longest possible shelf life and most current SDS and TDS when shipping. Material Expiration Date requested on the material and on the invoice. Any resultant Purchase Order will be issued by ACC-APG, Tobyhanna Division, 11 Hap Arnold Boulevard, Tobyhanna PA 18466. The government is seeking to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order under NAICS code 325510, Paint and Coating Manufacturing. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to this RFI that indicate that the information therein is proprietary, or represents confidential business information, will be received, and held in confidence. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. Please note, if a solicitation or multiple solicitations are posted in the future, they will be issued by a separate solicitation.
