This Justification is for the extension of six (6) IDIQ contracts known as EMERALD. The six contracts are held by New River, WISC, ASA-JV, Knowledge Link. St. Michael's, and S2. The extension extend the period of performance for six (6) Months with six (6) option eriod. This will allow for the follow on contract to be awarded.
