The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixedprice basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Sole Source basis with STRATASYS, INC. for the purchase of Emerald Care 450 under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Stratasys, Inc. is the OEM and as such owns the rights to all the related intellectual property related to the function and maintenance of the equipment. The source is also the sole developer of the required software. Offerers must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/porta 1/public/SAM. Award all or none POP::2023-07-15 To:2024-07-14 Government contracts are governed by the rules and regulations of the FAR. We are restricted from signing any MLA (Master License Agreements), EULA, SWA etc. without review and approval of our Legal Dept. All secondary agreements contemplated as an addition to the contract shall be provided as an attachment to the quote. Please include your Cage Code. The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All responses to this solicitation must be received no later than 5:00 pm est. on 25 June 2023. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
