Enterprise Management & Control (EM&C) System Integrator Requirement
The USG, Space Systems Command, and Tactical SATCOM Division, with the Directorate of Contracting, are conducting market research to identify industry partners capable of System Integrator functions for the Enterprise Management & Control (EM&C) program, with award anticipated under the current Commercial Solutions Opening on Platform One Solutions Marketplace. The anticipated period of performance is a 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods. The SI will plan, execute, and validate integrations between the EM&C platform and external systems/repositories such as JMT, UDL, EMS Beskar, Blitzar, PATS Mission Management System, and COTS/GOTS. The SI will not author core application code or dictate enterprise reference architecture; Development Contractors develop core code, while System Engineering & Integration Contractors establish the architectural roadmap and governance. As technical integrator and operational execution engine, the SI will drive Program Increment planning, deployment automation, release orchestration, and enterprise-level test and evaluation while remaining strictly independent of core software developers to eliminate Organizational Conflict of Interest.
