This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The information gathered from the market research as a result of this sources sought announcement will be vital in the formation of any future solicitation. The United States Air Force intends to establish a contract for the provision of a Food Service Concessionaire to be rendered on-site for the Arctic Oasis Community Center located on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. Key responsibilities required by any potential Food Service Concessionaire contractor are included in the following attached documents: Statement of Work - "Arctic Oasis Cafe Concessionaire" "AFMAN 34-240 Apr 19 - Attachment 7 - ESM and Campus Dining Guidance" and "Campus Dining System (CDS) Basic Program Overview (OCONUS CY22)."
