The purpose of Amendment 0002 to solicitation W56HZV-20-R-0076 is to re-open the solicitation and change the contract type from a one year contract with option to a requirements contract with estimated quantitites of 360 each over a 36 month ordering period. Proposal due date is on or before August 15, 2022 at 6:00 PM EST. See attached Solicitation Amendment 0002 for complete details. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ This Request for Purchase (RFP) will be limited to Meggitt North Hollywood (CAGE 79318) and their authorized distributors. This RFP will result in a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for the following: This requirement is for 180 each Bottom Loading Valve Assembly, NSN: 4820-01-192-5931; Manufacturer Part Number F635AG, used to support the HEMTT M978A4. The contract will include a 100% option, for a maximum quantity of 360 each. The Government has no Technical Data rights for this procurement. Packaging is Military/A; the special packaging instruction specification is in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E. Inspection and Acceptance are Origin. Free on Board is Destination. The contractor is authorized to ship early with no quantity restrictions and at no additional cost to the Government. The closing date for the solicitation is hereby changed from 27 July 2020 to 29 July 2020. The time of closing remains 4:00 pm EST.
