Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This contract requires an A/E Design Firm to provide full design services for replacing eighteen transformers at specified buildings B820 and B830. The work includes evaluating site conditions, developing demolition and installation plans, and creating a complete Issued For Construction document package. The A/E firm must conduct site investigations, hold design reviews, and ensure all designs conform to DoD building codes.
