We are seeking sources to provide all non-personal services to include labor, equipment, materials, and related items necessary to replace all mechanical and plumbing equipment in the mechanical room/yard, except for the boiler and water heater of building 348 (Youth Center) The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify contractors that are able to provide all items/services discribed in the SOW.
