Amendment 03: The purpose of this amendment is to add attachment "Appendix A - Cost Breakdown." All other terms and conditions remain the same. Amendment 02: The purpose of this amendment is to update the statement of work to address quesitons from RFI 001. See attachment "20250904 SOW EEPZ245434 RENOVATE SAPR SPACE B730". All other terms and conditions remain the same. NOTICE: Please see attachment "B730 RFI 001_CE Response" for RFI 001 questions & answers. Amendment 01: The purpose of this amendment is to change the period of performance in the Solicitation from 274 days to 90 days. See attachment "Solicitation Amendment FA302225R00130001 SF 30." NOTE: Contractors/Offerors must complete CUI Training Slides; sign and return the "MFR Contractor CUI Training Acknowledgment for Solicitations" attachment to gain access to drawings and other associated CUI documentation. Once the POC has received your signed MFR, please request access to the locked documents through SAM.gov. Your MFR will be reviewed and access to the lock SAM.gov documents will be granted accordingly. Proposals will be submitted electronically. The Contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete a renovation of the existing 14 CS space in B730 to accommodate colocation of Sexual Assault, Prevention, and Response (SAPR) and Integrated Prevention Workforce (IPW) offices. Renovation of the space includes minor HVAC, fire protection and sprinkler, and interior finishes work, replacing lighting fixtures, building a shared conference room, and building a storage room for IPW. Perform all work according to this Statement of Work (SOW), the Concept Design Drawings, and all related AF requirements and other codes and references. Site Visit, RSVP, and Base Entry: The Government invites you to a site visit on, 28 August 2025 at 9:00 AM CST. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Please note that registration is required by 12:00 PM CST on 26 August 2025. To register, please email the POC requesting a DoD Safe drop-off link to securely upload your completed Entry Authorization Listing (EAL) document (found in the list of SAM.gov attachments). If you do not contact the POC by 12:00 PM CST on 26 August 2025, you will not be able to attend the site visit. Identification: All attendees must bring a valid photo ID. Vehicle Requirements: If driving on base, please ensure the driver has driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. IMPORTANT: All contractors should arrive at Columbus AFB’s Visitors Center early and wait for a 14th Contracting Squadron representative to arrive and lead them to the site visit location. The representative will leave the visitors center at 0900. Additional Info: All RFIs must be submitted NLT 12:00 PM CST, on 03 September 2025. IAW FAR 36.204(c) - The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
